Breakfast was a daily highlight, with Peter serving a hearty meal that set us up for our adventures. While the cottage was incredibly homely, there’s no escaping the traffic noise outside, which might not be everyone's cup of tea. The trade-off includes private outdoor space perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco on a sunny day. The property is well-fitted with a kitchen stocked with cookware, making meal prep easy. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV for some downtime. The comfortable bed and linens allowed us to rest well after days filled with exploration. Plus, with an outdoor dining area and ample space for the kids to play, it truly felt like a home away from home.
